Is your money longer than a Nascar race? Young Thug… Rather, JEFFREY's money is, and damn, who else is capable of NOT showing up for a music video shoot and still breaking the internet with said video? The scene where Thugger is eating Cheetos… EPIC. Starting w/ the infectious "Wyclef Jean," the titles of the tracks on JEFFREY are dedicated to the ATL rapper's idols: "Floyd Mayweather," "Future Swag," "Guwop," "RiRi," "Kanye West," you get the drift. The production is handled by TM88, Wheezy, Cassius Jay, Billboard Hitmakers, Mike Dean, and it's all about the low end, rolling hi-hats, and devious synths. And really, Thug's keen sense of melody and his stream-of-consciousness bars about drugs, money, guns, streets, sex, and who knows what else are a match made in new rap heaven for the instrumentals. And that album cover!!! Alessandro Trincone designed the dress, and Young Thug, once again, broke the internet when he revealed the artwork. Check house aforementioned tracks and the lead single / bonus track "Pick Up The Phone" featuring Travis Scott and Quavo.
