Again a non-lp remix job, this time utilizing some Donald Byrd soul. The Beatminerz on production took the simple obvious shit and flipped it into classic material. Read somewhere that producers would come up to them and be like "damn, wish I flipped that first." Sometimes genius is seeing the obvious. They used to play this track at the old Giant Step parties mixed in the acid jazz beats. Definitely in my top 10 singles of all time. Welcome to Bucktown USA where the weak get dissed everyday.
