Shaking The Habitual is a bold departure from The Knife's previous efforts, taking a left turn toward much more intense and aggressive experimentation. Here the duo of Karin and Olof Dreijer conduct exercises in alien melodies and sound sculpting, primitive tribal percussion, and totally tripped out vocals.
