Lab Overview

Richard Sen (Padded Cell, Bronx Dogs) teams up with famous graf artist Cazbee for the seventh in their leftfield edits series. This series is known for its unique selections that usually focus on darker, grittier sounds. First up, the duo unveil an unexpected edit of Golden Earring's "Twilight Zone." Check the rock original and you'll be amazed by the transformative results! Next up, they extract the most potency from Salsoul Orchestra's percussive classic "Don't Beat Around The Bush." I love how they isolate the song's venom and turn it almost sinister. Closing it out is "Freaky Dancing" (sorry, the great Snackmaster couldn't identify the original on this one), another funk-rock-disco hybrid that will make you feel strange.
