A FEW THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW
BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER:
ORDERING AND PROCESSING TIME
• Online orders are normally processed within 5 BUSINESS DAYS (one week).
• Processing time is SEPARATE from the shipping option that you
choose.
• We CANNOT guarantee shipping or delivery time on any order unless it is placed by phone and you let us know when you are trying to receive it by.
• UPS only makes deliveries Monday-Friday, they do not deliver or transport packages on the weekend.
• International orders, US Mail, and orders that require additional
credit verification can take longer to process.
• If you need your order by a certain time, please call us during business
hours M-F 10am - 6pm at 1-877-776-8207 toll free.
• We cannot arrange for pick ups of orders placed with the website, and we're unable to make any sales out of our Brooklyn warehouse.
BILLING ADDRESS + PHONE NUMBER
If you are purchasing equipment or placing a large order, please make sure
you give us your correct billing address and your correct billing phone number.
For all equipment orders and large orders, we must be able to call that
phone number and speak with you or someone else who can verify that you have
made a purchase with us. This is our way of avoiding credit card fraud.
We cannot be responsible for shipping delays caused by incorrect information. However if we need additional information, or if there are any discrepancies, you will be contacted within 5 business days from the time the order was placed.
If you need your order by a certain time, please place the order by phone and let us know when you need it.
CHANGES + ADDITIONS TO YOUR ORDER
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make any changes /additions /cancellations
on an order after it is placed. However, if an order has not been sent to
the shipping department a change may be possible.
RETURN POLICY
• Please be sure to read our return
policy before ordering.
• All sales on music, equipment, and software/production items are final.
POSTER SHIPPING
All posters are sent separately by US Mail due to the fact that UPS often
damages the secure tubes that we use for shipping prints and posters.
ITEM AVAILABILITY
If an item you want is unavailable we'll let you know and give you the chance to change or cancel.
If you need an your order by a certain time or you're especially interested in a particular item, the best thing to do is place your order by phone. Just ask and we can check stock for you and make sure that the items you want will be available.
Otherwise, normal processing time of 1-5 business days will apply to all online orders.
