The limited edition GD101NS-1 comes in a sleek all black body, with reverse LCD, subtle chrome detailing and a high-gloss safari print on the lower band & band loop. "For this G-SHOCK collaboration, I pulled inspiration from what's going on in my life, the things around me, and especially my city," explains Nigel Sylvester. "Safari print is (part of) the concrete jungle that we've come to know as NYC; one of the hardest places to navigate. G-Shock teams up with Medicom for a limited edition watch collab! The G-Shock design team has worked closely with Medicom to come up with a custom DW-6900 in the trademark Bearbrick colorway (white with colorful Medicom graphics all over the band), complete with a special Bearbrick "@" logo as the backdrop for the EL backlight. They've even gone ahead and hooked up the Bearbrick logo on the back of the watch and packaged the whole thing in a giant Bearbrick head! How cool is that? Strictly limited quantities.
